Katrina Umber will lead a participatory Sacred Grief Ritual engaging beautiful and practical ways to microdose grief.

“Ritual can help us feel what is ‘too much’ and grief is a sacred aspect of love with the power to soften us, creating space for more love and insight to flow through us. In this Sacred Grief Ritual Workshop, we will move through multisensory embodiment practices in a ritual container to consciously touch and allow gentle grief to flow through our bodies and be transformed together.”
