About the workshop:

In the future, 

we won't be moving objects anymore. 

Objects are dematerializing. 

Future Tools is a series of sculptures designed as implements for an impending era marked by environmental collapse and societal upheaval. When a place becomes inhabitable, 

we must find a new home.

What will we carry to the new world. 

Will we have things to carry. 

As the world ends and the value of objects change, our values as humans change.

What daily movements or rituals will we forget? What routines will become obsolete.

This workshop will be an exploration of democratic choreography and improvisational movements in response to the sculptures and the space.

Food is free, all are welcome.
