In the tradition of cultural exchange between sister cities, new and previously presented works echo the Mexican tradition of reuniting, reheating, and reigniting after a celebratory party to finish leftover bacalao or romeritos. In this instance, the pillars of family, tradition, and sustainability meet in strengthening free cross-cultural border relationships. This celebratory exhibition brings together artist and patron within the unifying force of community and cross-cultural exchange in Los Angeles.
